Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technology for preparing hydrogen through plant cellulose fermentation. Abundant crop straws are crushed and pre-treated and then the hydrolysis saccharification effect of plant cellulose is utilized to acquire the matters, such as, glucose, capable of being utilized by enterobacter cloacae and citrobacter freundii; the hydrogen yield and rate are increased and the cost of hydrogen preparation is greatly lowered; the agricultural wastes, such as, straws, are utilized; the dual purpose of energy output and waste utilization is achieved; the photosynthetic hydrogen production cost is lowered. 本发明公开了种植物纤维素发酵制氢的工艺,利用丰富的农作物秸秆进行粉碎预处理后,再经过纤维素酶的水解糖化作用,便能够获得阴沟肠杆菌和弗式柠檬酸杆菌所能利用的葡萄糖等物质,提高氢气产量和速率,使制氢成本大大降低,并且利用了秸秆等农业废弃物,实现了能源产出和废弃物利用的双重目标,降低了光合产氢的成本。
