Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-intensity, anti-smoothness and solvent-free single-component polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The high-intensity, anti-smoothness and solvent-freesingle-component polyurethane adhesive is prepared by reaction of hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer, isophorone diisocyanate, polyether polyol and polyester polyol. The preparation method comprisingtwo steps is disclosed. The preparation method comprises a first step: putting 150 g of polyether polyol and polyester polyol into a four-neck flask, heating the flask to 100 to 120 DEG C, carrying out dewatering under a vacuum condition of -0.1 MPa for 2 hours, indicating that the system is qualified if the water content of the system is less than 0.05 percent, and cooling the system to 40 DEG C,and a second step: adding the hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer and the isophorone diisocyanate into the four-neck flask, heating the flask to 80 to 90 DEG C by taking diethylenetriamine as a catalyst, generating reaction for |
