The invention aims at providing an automatic distribution control device and method. The automatic distribution control device comprises a belt conveyor line arranged obliquely, automatic opening andclosing baffles and a logical control module. A plurality of sliding chutes are arranged on the belt conveyor line in parallel in the conveying direction. The sliding chutes are connected with the inclined lower side of the belt conveyor line. Each sliding chute is internally provided with photoelectric detection devices which include the full electricity photoelectric detection device. The automatic opening and closing baffles are arranged at the joints between the sliding chutes and the belt conveyor line correspondingly.
