The neutral sintered flux is mainly prepared from, by weight, 20-30% of magnesia, 10-20% offluorite, 20-40% of corundum, 5-15% of manganese ore, 5-15% of marble, 10-20% of quartz, 2-10% of rutile and 2-8% of alloying agent. According to the neutral sintered flux for submerged arc welding,the magnesia, corundum and fluorite can ensure the purity and mechanical properties of welding seam metal, the marble, rutile, quartz and manganese ore can improve the oxidation and welding process performance of the flux, the neutral flux prepared by all the raw materials in a formula integrates the advantages of alkaline fluxes and acid fluxes, and the neutral flux is excellent in comprehensiveperformance, good in welding process performance and high in low-temperature impact energy of welding seams.
