Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a hybrid ADC system, which comprises a Flash ADC module, and is characterized in that the Flash ADC module is sequentially connected with a subtraction circuit, an amplification circuit and an SAR ADC module, and the Flash ADC module is further respectively connected with the amplification circuit and the SAR ADC module. According to the invention, a core idea of coarse andfine quantization and high-bit prediction is utilized, the advantage of high speed of the Flash ADC module is reasonably utilized, coarse quantization is firstly performed through the Flash ADC module, then subtraction and amplification are performed accordingly to achieve resolution compensation, then prediction is performed on high N bits of the SAR ADC module through reusing the Flash ADC module, and finally fine quantization is performed through the SAR ADC module, so that the conversion rate of the SAR ADC module is greatly improved.
