The detection method of the fraud user includes: acquiring application information of at least one application user, and acquiringinspection information of the application user according to the application information of the at least one application user and an anti-fraud rule, wherein the anti-fraud rule is used to indicate preset conditions which inspection information of a suspected fraud user meets, and the acquired inspection information of the application user corresponds to the preset conditions in the anti-fraud rule; determining whether the inspection information of the at least one application user matches the anti-fraud rule, and determining that the application user, of which the inspection information matches the anti-fraud rule, is the suspected fraud user; and when the at least one suspected fraud user is determined in the at least one application user, generating fraud prompting information, and sending the same to a credit
