The structure comprises a main shaft, a main shaft seat with a cavity, ashaft cap and a rocker arm, wherein the main shaft seat, the shaft cap and the rocker arm are sequentially arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving manner. Annular graphite arranged on the main shaftin a sleeving manner, a T-shaped guide sleeve, an annular sleeve and a sealing ring are sequentially arranged in the cavity of the main shaft seat. The main shaft seat is arranged on a step of the main shaft in a sleeving manner, and a first step is arranged in the cavity of the main shaft seat.
