Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a titanium additive. The titanium additive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 26-30 parts of titanium powder, 18-22 parts of potassium fluoroaluminate, 18-22 parts of potassium fluosilicate, 12-16 parts of potassium fluotitanate, 12-16 parts of potassium fluoborate, 2-6 parts of active zinc oxide powder and 2-6 parts of potassium nitrate. The titanium additive provided by the invention has the advantages that the titanium additive provided by the invention put into molten aluminum can be severely reacted with the molten aluminum quickly physically and chemically to release a lot of heat energy by optimizing the formula, so that the melt is quickly heated to promote titanium powder to be molten into the molten aluminum to form alloy, thereby increasing the melting rate of the titanium powder; the melt generated by the reaction has a relatively high spreading property, so that the contact area of the melt with the molten aluminum can beincreased and dissolutio |
