Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a waterborne polyurethane resin based heat absorbing coating and a preparation method thereof. The waterborne polyurethane resin based heat absorbing coating is applied to surface coating of a solar panel and prepared from raw materials in parts by mass as follows: 60-80 parts of epoxy-modified castor oil based waterborne polyurethane resin, 8-12 parts of silicon resin, 8-12 parts of graphite, 6-8 parts of manganese dioxide, 2-4 parts of ferroferric oxide, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 4-8 parts of a light absorption agent, 2-4 parts of a light absorption accelerant and 8-12 parts of drying oil modified alkyd resin. The waterborne polyurethane resin based heat absorbing coating is high in heat absorbing efficiency, low in light reflectivity and high in adhesive property, besides, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and industrial production is facilitated.
