Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a design method of a small-part-number single-hole propellant powder mold, which is applicable to designing of a single-hole mold in explosive manufacturing. The invention provides a design method of a small-part-number single-hole explosive extrusion molding mold, aiming at the problems in a current explosive manufacturing process that the difference between the design size of an adopted single-hole molding mold and the size of an explosive form of an explosive product is great and a needle diameter is too small so that explosive cannot be loaded into a hole in a molding process. A diameter-changing mold needle is utilized so that the difficulties that the needle diameter is too small in the molding process and the mold needle is deviated so that propellant powdercannot be loaded into the hole are overcome; when a mold size design method is adopted, the design size of the molding mold is matched with the explosive form of the explosive product, and the qualitystability of a propellant
