Zusammenfassung: | The invened annealing technology for making chromium-doped zinc tungstate monocrystal used as tunable laser crystal features that annealing is performed in solid medium, which may be Al2O3 powder, or TiO2 powder, or proportional mixture of both, at 1100-1200 deg.C. After the said temp. is maintained for 20-30 hours, it is cooled to room temp. at a rate of 130+/-30 deg.C per hour. The colour center of the crystal rod made according to the present invention may be greatly eliminated, so featuring high transmittance and luminous efficiency. When annealing is performed in the said mixture, the average laser output energy is 0.7 mJ. |
