Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a dental bone graft material of a biphasic calcium phosphate type using abalone shells, and a manufacturing method of the same. The dental bone graft material uses bioceramics for living donor transplantation, that is hydroxyapatite and beta-tricalcium phosphate, synthesized from shells of abalone, which are industrial waste, and is manufactured through an analysis of optimum mixing ratio for alveolar bone regeneration, internal and external surface treatment of the graft material to maximize the induction of bone tissue regeneration for dental and medical use, and biosafety and biocompatibility analysis. 本发明以由作为产业废弃物的鲍鱼壳所合成的活体移植用生物陶瓷,即羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HA)及β-磷酸三钙(β-tricalcium phosphate)作为原料,通过对用于牙槽骨再生的最佳配比的分析、旨在使对牙科医疗用骨组织再生的诱导极大化的移植材料内外部表面化处理、生物稳定性及生物适合性分析,提供源自鲍鱼壳的牙科医疗用双相磷酸钙型合成骨移植材料及其制造方法。
