The invention discloses an oil-based drilling fluid blocking remover. The oil-based drilling fluid blocking remover is prepared from components in percentage by weight as follows: 10%-20% of an acid liquid, 4%-6% of an emulsifier, 2%-4.5% of a dispersant, 1%-3% of a solubilizer, 1%-3% of an anti-water blocking agent, 1%-2% of a chelating agent, 0.1%-0.3% of a discharge aiding agent and the balanceof water, wherein the acid liquid is selected from hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and composite acid; the anti-water blocking agent comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl sodium sulfonate, polyoxyethylene ester and water.
