The positive input end of DC is connected with the first end of an inductor L1. The second end of the inductor L1 is connected with the drain electrode end of a field effect transistor Q1. The source electrode end of the field effect transistor Q1 is connected with an inductor L2. The gate electrode end of the field effect transistor Q1 is connected with a Q1 driving circuit. The Q1 driving circuit is connected with a clamping control circuit. The clamping control circuit is connected with asampling circuit.
