The invention discloses a drying device for agricultural and sideline product processing. The drying device comprises a device body. A first rotating shaft is installed in the centre of the inner wallof a bottom plate of the device body. The top end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a drying box. A bearing is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the drying box. The top end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a bearing outer ring. A bearing inner ring is connected with a second rotating shaft. Hanging hooks are evenly arranged on the two sides of the drying box at equal intervals in the vertical direction. The position, close to an opening, of the top of the drying box is provided with an inner gear. A driving motor is installed in the center of the inner wall of atop plate of the device body.
