Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a modified silicone oil softener and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of daily chemical. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing allyl polyether with an alcohol solvent to form a homogeneous phase solution; then, mixing the obtained homogeneous phase solution with silicone oil and a platinum catalyst to prepare a polyether modified siliconeoil solution. The modification process of the silicone oil is carried out in the homogeneous phase solution by means of better solubility of the alcohol solvent, so that a better modification effectis enabled to be obtained. Besides, the main raw materials such as the silicone oil, the allyl polyether and the alcohol solvent have the characteristics of being cheap, easy to obtain , environmentally-friendly and low in toxicity, and have almost no harm to the environment.
