The preparation method is characterized in that organic silicon monomer and hydroxyethyl acrylate are used as the raw materials to synthesize the siloxane monomer, the siloxane monomeris allowed to have Michael addition reaction with 1-(2-amino ethyl) piperazine, and the raw material proportion is regulated to synthesize the amino or hydroxyl terminated hyperbranched polyurethane fluorescent material containing silicon. The synthesized hyperbranched polyurethane fluorescent material containing silicon does not contain a traditional conjugated structure and can emit blue fluorescence.
