Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a transverter sub-module IGBT on-line monitoring and high speed fault record realizing method, which is used for various modularized multi-level transverter systems. The monitoring and recording are mainly completed by a sub-module. The sub-module comprises a special hardware monitoring circuit and conducts high-speed sampling on key signals like control signals and fault warning signals of IGBT and forms a monitoring report based on the sampling information within a period of time before and after the fault. The report will be stored in a nonvolatile memory device (capable of storing a plurality of monitoring reports) of the sub-module, and at the same time will be sent to a valve control device in a real-time manner for recording. Through a manner of issuing order, the valve control device can demand the sub-module to generate a monitoring report under the situation of no fault, and can also read a historical monitoring report in the sub-module memory device.The invention is advantag |
