Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of high-damping double-phase Mn-Cu alloy. The preparation method includes the steps of firstly, weighing various raw materials according to the target component proportion of Mn-Cu base alloy; secondly, performing vacuum induction melting on the raw materials to obtain primary alloy ingots so as to obtain needed samples; thirdly, determining the solidustemperature T1 and liquidus temperature T2 of the samples; fourthly, performing heat preservation on the samples in a temperature range from T1 to T2 for 0.1-1 hour to perform semi-solid state solution treatment, and then quenching; fifthly, performing heat preservation on the samples under 400-600 DEG C for 0.5-20 hours to perform aging treatment, and then quenching to obtain the needed high-damping double-phase Mn-Cu alloy.
