The box comprises a box body upper layer, a box body lower layer and a box cover; the boxbody upper layer is provided with a medicine discharging control rotary knob which can adjust discharged medicine particles, a medicine discharging channel and a medicine discharging port; the box body upper layer is connected with the box body lower layer through the medicine discharging channel, a movable side wall and a movable bottom cover are arranged in the medicine discharging channel, themovable side wall and the movable bottom cover are connected with the medicine discharging control rotary knob, and a gear is arranged on the medicine discharging control rotary knob. According to the quantitative medicine discharging box, medicine particles required to be taken by patients can be efficiently, quickly and accurately poured out, it is avoided that the patients forget to take medicine or take medicine again
