The number distribution communication framework comprises a main controller, two and more sensing modules and a transmission module, wherein the main controller comprises a first storage sub-module in which a preset ID configuration table and feedback data of each sensing module are stored; each sensing module comprises a second storage sub-module for storing an ID configured by the main controller; and the transmission module is connected with the main controller and all the sensing modules in a cascaded manner, for providing transmission links, wherein strategies are distributed between all the sensing modules and the main controller according to the ID, and tokensor sensing data is transmitted via the transmission module; and the main controller configures the ID for the sensing module according to the token or the sensing data.
