Method and device for enhancing efficiency of power amplifier

The invention relates to a method for enhancing efficiency of a power amplifier. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring output power of the current power amplifier by measuring, acquiring power supply voltage values of the power amplifier through querying a pre-stored mapping relation between power and voltage, and separately controlling power sources for powering the power amplifier to output corresponding voltage values for powering the power amplifier, wherein the mapping relation between power and voltage is a set of corresponding relations between a set power value and a minimum working voltage by which when the output power of the power amplifier is the set value, the working voltage of the power amplifier is correspondingly reduced, and the condition that the output power of the power amplifier can keep the set value invariable is still ensured. The invention also relates to a device for implementing the method. The method and the device for enhancing efficiency of the power amplifier pr
