Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high pressure gas micro mass spectrometry sample introduction system for sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment and relates to a high pressure gas sample introduction method. The system comprises a pressure reduction pressure stabilizing valve and a pulse valve, wherein a gas outlet of the pressure reduction pressure stabilizing valve is connected with a gas inlet of the pulse valve, during use, a gas inlet of the pressure reduction pressure stabilizing valve is directly connected with a high pressure container, and a gas outlet of the pulse valve is connected witha sample introduction port of a mass spectrometer. Mass spectrum sample introduction amount can be adjusted through changing pulse width and frequency of the pulse valve, firstly, the pressure reduction pressure stabilizing valve is adjusted, a value of the high pressure gas is reduced to a set pressure value, the pulse valve is then opened, and then a sample is introduced to a gas inlet end.
