The invention provides a pipe column and method for rodless oil extracting of an oil pumping well. The pipe column comprises a light rod, a hydraulic plunger pump, a concentric double pipe, a double-plunger oil pump, a screen pipe and an oil pipe which are connected in sequence from top to bottom. The upper end of the light rod is connected with a horsehead of a pumping unit. The lower end of thelight rod is connected with a piston connecting rod of the hydraulic plunger pump. The hydraulic plunger pump, the concentric double pipe and the double-plunger oil pump communicate with one another to form an inner flow way and an outer flow way.
