Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a built-in type combined heat tube. The built-in type combined heat tube comprises a U-shaped shell, a support and multiple minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation roundtubes, wherein the support is fixedly connected to the opened position of the U-shaped shell. Each minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation round tube comprises a condensation section, a heat insulation section and an evaporation section. The support is used for fixedly supporting the condensation sections of the multiple minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation round tubes. The inner diameter of each minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation round tube ranges from 0.05 mm to 0.6 mm; the wall thickness of each minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation round tube ranges from 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm; and the outer diameter of each minisize micro-channel metal heat dissipation round tube is below 0.9 mm.
