Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides a device for holding a tool for component feeding. The device is characterized in being provided with: (A) a feeder attachment platform (40) to which a plurality of tape feeders (20) are attached in a row; (B) a first reel holder (42) provided to the rear of the feeder attachment platform (40), the first reel holder (42) holding, in a row, a plurality of tape reels (22), around which a component holding tape is wound; (C) a second reel holder (44) provided below the first reel holder (42), the second reel holder (44) holding a plurality of tape reels (24) in a row; and(D) a second holder movement allowance mechanism (100) for allowing the upward movement of the second reel holder (44), the second reel holder (44) being located rearward of the first reel holder (42). According to this device for holding the tool for the component feeding, it is possible to easily remove, from the rear side of the device, a waste tape recovery unit (80) disposed below the feederattachment platform (40) a
