Zusammenfassung:	A device for estimating the degree of degradation of a battery is provided with: a storage degradation degree estimation unit for estimating the degree of degradation of the battery due to storage during re-use, on the basis of information pertaining to the degree of degradation of the battery while mounted in a vehicle, and on the basis of load information for the battery during re-use; a cycle degradation degree estimation unit for estimating the degree of degradation of the battery due to cycling during re-use, on the basis of the load information for the battery during re-use; and a capacity calculation unit for calculating the total degree of degradation for the point in time at which battery re-use is started.
