Underwater film damper

The invention relates to an underwater film damper for underwater shooting of static pictures and dynamic videos. The underwater film damper comprises a soft ball, a fixed ring, a lever and a dampingball. The soft ball is filled with damping liquid. The middle of the soft ball is sleeved with the fixed ring. The fixed ring is connected with the bottom of an underwater movable device through a supporting rod. One end of the lever is inserted in the soft ball from the middle of the bottom of the soft ball. The part, inside the soft ball, of the lever is shorter than the part, outside the soft ball, of the lever. The end, inserted in the soft ball, of the lever is provided with the damping ball. The end, exposed outside the soft ball, of the lever is a TV equipment installation end.
