Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a solid oxide fuel cell. The solid oxide fuel cell consists of a positive pole, a negative pole and electrolyte, wherein the positive pole is a composite porous structure consisting of NiO, 8YSZ and a graphite mixture; the electrolyte is a dense 8Y-ZrO2 (8YSZ) ion conducting layer. According to the preparation method, after being molded by means of die pressing at low pressure, a positive pole layer and an electrolyte layer are molded by being pressed under the pressure of 200-400MPa at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C and are then co-fired at the temperature of 1150-1350 DEG C so as to form a half cell; after that, the negative pole is spread by means of screen printing, so that a single cell is formed.
