Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of flexible slope protection, and particularly relates to an anti-runoff and anti-erosion ecological protection blanket composite structure and a construction method thereof. According the main technical scheme of the structure, the anti-runoff and anti-erosion ecological protection blanket composite structure is formed in the mode that the structure iscomposed of a top layer, a bottom layer, and a three-dimensional core clamped between the top layer and the bottom layer, wherein the top layer and the bottom layer are each composed of a bidirectional micro geogrid; a reinforced geotechnical cloth layer is arranged on the bidirectional micro geogrid composing the bottom layer, and a plurality of soil blocking retaining wall geotechnical cloth strips are arranged on the reinforced geotechnical cloth layer and connected with the reinforced geotechnical cloth layer into an integrated structure; and through the working procedures of excavation of an anchoring groove, ex
