Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of coix seeds non-starch glucan, and belongs to the field of food science and engineering. Coix seeds polysaccharide is one of important components with avariety of effects, but non-starch glucan extracted from coix seeds polysaccharide is not reported. Coix seeds glucan extraction steps are as follows: first, adding coix seeds powder into lipid solvent for precipitation or centrifugation, collecting precipitate, removing coix fat; then adding hot water to extract polysaccharides; concentrating extract; adding amylase for two rounds, removing starch; adding protease to remove protein; concentrating to obtain crude polysaccharide; and passing crude polysaccharide through chromatographic column to obtain glucan with different degree of polymerization. The coix seeds non-starch glucan prepared by the invention can be used as a raw material for producing health food such as oral liquid and capsules.
