Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing aluminum oxide ultrafine spherical powder at a low temperature. Aluminum powder and ammonium chloride hexahydrate or aluminum powder and ammonium chloride hexahydrate and aluminum chloride hexahydrate are uniformly mixed and are put into a corundum crucible; a cover is covered; then, the crucible is put into a high-temperature furnace; heat insulation is performed for 2 to 4h in circulation atmosphere at 1000 to 1500 DEG C; after the natural cooling, the aluminum oxide ultrafine powder is collected from the inside of the crucible and on the cover; the microscopic appearance of the powder is the spherical shape. The method has the characteristics that the synthesis temperature is low; the process is simple; the realization is easy; the cost islow.
