The invention discloses an ink conveying device, in particular to the ink conveying device with a good degassing effect for flexible plate printing. The ink conveying device comprises an ink fountain,and further comprises a cylindrical ink foundation roller, wherein ink is filled in the ink foundation; the ink foundation roller is partially soaked in printing ink; the ink foundation roller sequentially comprises a housing, a flowing ink cavity and a cylindrical rotor from outside to inside; a plurality of ink outlets which communicate with the flowing ink cavity are formed in the curved-surface wall of the housing; and the ink outlets are formed in row, and are uniformly distributed on the curved-surface wall of the housing.
