The health-care food comprises the following raw material components in percentages by weight: 20-25% of lysine, 15-20% of tryptophan, 15-20% of a ginkgo leaf extract, 10-15% of a grape seed extract, 10-15% of a honeysuckle extract and 10-15%of a poria cocos extract.
