PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating crops or parts of crops for controlling undesired fungal pathogens and simultaneously improving the ratio of harmful microorganisms to beneficialmicroorganisms in the crops.SOLUTION: A succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor and/or a complex III inhibitor are applied to crops prior to the harvest of the crops.
