Heated insect trapping device and methods thereof

The subject of the invention is heated insect trapping device and methods thereof. The invention provides an insect trapping device having a base and a cartridge. The cartridge has an adhesive portionthat is positioned adjacent a shroud when the cartridge is attached to the base. The shroud has an electric heating element which heats the shroud and the adhesive portion. Thermal control circuitryregulates the heating performed by the electric heating element based on a temperature feedback loop.
