The device is a pressure device capable of sealing CO2 and generating a fracturing force, has no influences on other coal mining devices after the fracturing, and is more safe and secure to operate than explosives. The fracturing device includes liquid CO2 gas cylinders, a support cylinder, a first rubber sealing plug, a second rubber sealing plug, an air tube, a thin-walled rubber tube, a heat generating agent, an ignition head, an electrode assembly, an initiator and a water tank. The fracturing device is refrigerated and plugged in a rock hole through a liquid CO2 refrigeration technology, and the filling and storage of an initial CO2 gas in the fracturing device are realized through using a thin-walled rubber elastic deformation supporting principle.
