Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to a metal injection molding production method of a shuttle support novel alloy material. The method comprises the steps of mixing nickel-ironpowder (Fe2%Ni0.2%C) and an organic polymer material and performing pelleting, wherein the mass of the organic polymer material is 11%-15% of the mass of the nickel-iron powder; 2, feeding a pelletedmetal powder mixture into a shuttle support mould with a process-feet shape to conduct injection molding to obtain a shuttle support embryo piece, wherein the injection temperature is 160-220 DEG C,the pressure is 60-120 Mpa, and the mould temperature is 100-150 DEG C; 3, degreasing the embryo piece after injection for 1-8 hours to obtain a degreased piece, wherein the degreasing temperature is100-150 DEG C; 4, sintering the product after degreasing, wherein the sintering temperature is 800-1500 DEG C; 5, processing a sintering piece with an inspection machine to obtain a shuttle support product.
