The invention provides an uncoiling pay-off rack which comprises telescopic supports, a tail end supporting base, a center shaft and a pay-off support. One end of the center shaft is sleeved with thepay-off support and rotationally connected with the pay-off support; the other end of the center shaft is rotationally connected with the tail end supporting base; inserting portions are formed at thetop ends of the telescopic supports and inserted into the pay-off support; and the pay-off support and the center shaft are jointly supported by the telescopic supports and the tail end supporting base at the two ends, and the center shaft rotates along the axis of the center shaft.
