Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a secure communication system based on a silicon photon chaos source. The secure communication system comprises a chaos driving module, a response system, a signal input moduleand a signal receiving module; the chaos driving module generates one main chaos signal and injects into the response system; meanwhile, the response system generates a plurality of subordinated chaossignals by own, and injects different intensities of the main chaos signals into the response system till the plurality of subordinated chaos signals reach chaos synchronization; and the signal inputmodule and the signal receiving module are respectively and electrically connected with the response system.
