The inorganic composite material IV is prepared from, by weight, 2-6% of SrO, 2-7% of BaO, 0.1-0.5% of K2O, 0.5-1.2% of Mn2O3, 0.3-0.7% of Pb3O4, 0.3-0.8% of Sb2O5, 0.1-0.4% of PbO2 and the balance Fe2O3. The preparation method comprises the steps of material dosing, breaking, screening, sintering and grinding, a permanent magnet alloy prepared from the inorganic composite material IV for the permanent magnet material and other alloys has the good heat stability and hasthe good magnetic performance, and the preparation method of the permanent magnet alloy is simple in technology, low in production cost and suitable for industrial production.
