Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quality evaluation method for main chemical components in an aloe product. The total content of anthraquinone and anthranone in the aloe product is determined by detecting the total content of barbaloin A, barbaloin B, aloinoside A, aloinoside B, 6'-acetylated barbaloin A, 6'-acetylated barbaloin B and aloe-emodin in an aloe sample, so that the quality of the aloe productis evaluated, wherein the aloe is aloe vera. Compared with a method which only detects the content of barbaloin A to represent the total content of anthraquinone and anthranone in the aloe product, the method also detects other 6 anthraquinone and anthranone components which are produced through barbaloin decomposition and polymerization, have higher content and are common in most aloe products to obtain the total content of anthraquinone and anthranone in the aloe product and thus is more accurate and reasonable.
