Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of pig molecular marker screening and in particular relates to the pig CLIC4 (Chloride Intracellular Channel 4) gene as immunization character-correlated molecular marker and application thereof. The molecular marker provided by the invention is cloned from one segment of the CLIC4 gene. The nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is shown as SEQ IDNO:1; allelic mutation (T/C mutation) is generated on a basic group of a 116th site of the sequence and the mutation causes BstuI-RFLP (Restricted Fragment Length Polymorphisms). The molecular markerobtained by an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) mutation site of the gene is correlated with immunization characters of a pig. The molecular marker is subjected to correlation analysis, and the correlation analysis finds out that a polymorphic site has an extremely correlation relationship with the immunization characters of the pig and the percentage of basophilic cells.
