Besides, the invention also relates to a road tank car washing water energy recycling treatment method. The system and method which are provided by theinvention have the advantages that fuel required by heating of a boiler at a washing station is effectively supplied or supplemented, and waste heat of washing water is also fully utilized, so that energy consumption and material consumption of a road tank car washing station are reduced to the utmost extent, operating cost is saved by more than 30%, and wastewater recycling and 'zero discharge' targets are realized.
