Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a technology for producing anhydrous magnesium sulfate or/and high-purity magnesium oxide from alkylate oil and waste sulfuric acid. The technology comprises the following steps: producing waste sulfuric acid during production of isooctane from isobutylene through dimerization, neutralizing with light burned magnesia, filtering, and cooling, carrying out forced air coolingand crystallization on filtrate by virtue of a fin type heat exchanger, so that magnesium sulfate heptahydrate is obtained; and firstly dehydrating and drying the magnesium sulfate heptahydrate with arotary kiln, wherein temperature of inlet air is 450-550 DEG C, so that dried anhydrous magnesium sulfate is obtained and organic matters are contained, then calcining with the rotary kiln under oxygen-rich condition, wherein the temperature of the inlet air is 850-950 DEG C, mixing the anhydrous magnesium sulfate obtained after calcining or magnesium sulfate dried and dehydrated by the rotary kiln with carbon black, heat |
