Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a flat folding adjusting device. The problem that when an existing three-dimensional bag forming machine processes three-dimensional bags of different dimensions, debugging of aflat folding device is difficult is solved. The flat folding adjusting device comprises a machine frame. A first rectifying mechanism, an edge folding mechanism, a heat sealing mechanism and an adjusting mechanism are arranged on the machine frame. The adjusting mechanism comprises an electric adjusting assembly, a first adjusting rod, a second adjusting rod and a third adjusting rod. The first adjusting rod, the second adjusting rod and the third adjusting rod are arranged corresponding to the first rectifying mechanism, the edge folding mechanism and the heat sealing mechanism.
