The system comprises a chaotic generation module, an interference detection module, a sampling module, a coupling module, a time delay module, a first analog-to-digital conversion module, a second analog-to-digital conversion module, a difference module and an output module. The system isadvantaged in that a silicon-based photon micro cavity is utilized to generate chaotic, miniaturization and integration of a chaotic source device are effectively improved, stability of the chaotic source is guaranteed, a physical random number generation device is substantially simplified, and a physical random number generator is made to be more convenient and smarter.
