The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing perovskite quantum dot ink; uniformly depositing a PEDOT:PSS solution on an ITO surface of a substrate through spin coating; depositing aPoly-TPD solution on the surface of a deposited PEDOT:PSS film through spin coating; uniformly depositing the red-light all-inorganic hybrid perovskite quantum dot ink on the surface of a deposited Poly-TPD film through ink-jet printing; and uniformly depositing a prepared ZnO solution on the surface of a deposited red-light all-inorganic hybrid perovskite quantum dot film through ink-jet printing; and depositing Al on the surface of a deposited ZnO film through evaporation coating to obtain a quantum dot light-emitting diode.
