Smart home control method and device

According to the smart home control method, a user monitors the own active state in real time by wearing a monitoring device, a heart rate sensor in the monitoring device monitors the heart rate data of the user and communicates with a control device through a wireless module at the interval of a period of time (like 5 mins) to transmit the heart rate data during the period to the control device, and the control device receives the heart rate data, compares the heart rate data with a preset value to judge the current state (the active state or sleeping state) of the user, and then controlssmart home equipment wirelessly connected with the control device.
