The invention discloses a valve element structure of a double-valve-core EGR valve. The valve element structure comprises a central rod arranged in an EGR valve body, wherein a small valve element matched with an upper-portion sealing port of the valve body for sealing is assembled at the upper end of the central rod, a large valve element matched with a lower-portion sealing port for sealing is assembled at the lower end of the central rod, the small valve element and the large valve element are identical in structure and are of circular truncated cone shaped valve element structures, the topend face diameters of the circular truncated cone shaped valve element structures are smaller than the diameters of the sealing ports of the valve body, and the bottom end face diameters of the circular truncated cone shaped valve element structures are greater than the diameters of the sealing ports of the valve body.
